Z-Line Series MR-8

The Glasfloss Z-Line MR-8 pleated air filter introduces a new generation in pleated air filter performance.
The Z-Line MR-8 offers significantly higher particulate efficiency than regular poly/cotton media pleated filters, with virtually no change in static pressure.
The MR-8 is the perfect upgrade from regular filters, poly rings and standard disposable panel filters.
The Z-Line MR-8 is available in most standard sizes and special face dimensions in 1", 2", 4" and 6" depths.

the continuous synthetic fibers resist shedding.

Z-Line Series Carbotron

The Glasfloss Carbotron Pleated Filter uses an activated carbon with tiny openings that adsorb odorous
gas molecules from the air, so clean, fresh air remains.
This two-stage purification is combined into a single filter unit, which allows for direct replacement of
the original filter without any modification.

Disposable Panel Filters

Disposable panel filters are rigidly constructed using a progressively dense fiberglass or
polyester media to maximize dust holding capacity.
Two metal grids are thermally bonded to the internal sides of a heavy-duty,
one-piece craftboard frame to maintain the media's integrity under operating conditions.
Standard Sizes are available in 1" and 2" depths to accommodate most filter tracks.
Any application can be accommodated with our special sizes, available in 1/2", 1" and 2" depths.

MicroSafe Antimicrobial-Treated Air Filters

The filter media utilized in all MicroSafe products is treated with a highly specialized antimicrobial agent
designed to effectively control microbial growth, such as mold, fungus, mildew, and bacteria, on contact. 
This capability to control such a wide range of micro-organisms makes the
MicroSafe line an excellent frontline barrier in the effort to achieve improved Indoor Air Quality (IAQ).

Glasfloss Phoenix Series Poly-Rings, Sleeves and Links offer a variety of styles, multiple filtration media
 layers and performance levels for most applications.
From an air entering filter for paint booths to upgrading a lower efficient filter installation, the Poly-Ring
Panel Filter is perfect for many filtration applications. The Glasfloss Phoenix Series Poly-Rings are
offered in 1/2": PR-5; 1": PR-10 and 2": PR-20 nominal thickness for a broad range of dust loading applications.

Excel & Purapak

Glasfloss offers a complete line of synthetic and fiberglass extended surface media bag filters to meet a widerange of commercial and industrial applications. The Excel bag filter is constructed with 100% synthetic media.
The Purapak bag filter is constructed with ultra-fine fiberglass media.
Both the Excel bag and Purapak bag filters are rigidly constructed utilizing an exclusive internal header design that provides dependable performance. The Excel and Purapak bags are available in 40-45%, 60-65%, 80-85% and 90-95% efficiencies.

Multi-Sak Extended Surface "Bag" Filters

The Koch Multi-Sak is an extended surface air filter deigned for most medium and high efficiency air
filtration systems.  EPA 319 approved Multi-Saks with standard headers and self-sealing configuration
are also available. 
Multi-Sak Filters are available with two media choices, Synthetic or Microfiberglass and is capable of
operating in systems with rated face velocities of 500 CFM to 3000 CFM.  Efficiencies  range from 20% - 95%.

Multi-Test Replacement Cartridge

Multi-Test Filters are extended surface high efficiency air filters designed to fit the basket framwork  of the Farr HP without modification.  They are collapsible replacement cartridges. Four nominal efficiencies are available, 20-30%, 45-55%, 80-85%, 90-95%.

Metal Washable Filters

Filters are available in Steel, Galvanized Steel and Aluminum Construction.  The media consists of crimped wire and expaded metal cloth which provides superior dust catching ability.  The media is enclosed in a durable metal frame.  The filters are completely washable and are available in sizes in depths of 1/4", 1/2", 1", 2" and 4".

Z-Pak Series

The Glasfloss Z-Pak extended surface filter is designed for medium and high efficiency applications and
used in a range of commercial and industrial applications. Z-Pak filters are offered in four efficiency
performance levels: 40-45%, 60-65%, 80-85% and 90-95%.
Z-Pak filters are available in a variety of filter face dimensions with two optional depths.
 Z-Pak filters can be interchanged or adapted to any existing filter systems.

The unique design of the Glasfloss Puracell V Mini-Pleat Filter offers high efficiency particulate removal,

The Glasfloss Magna Series HEPA grade air filters are designed for high efficiency commercial and industrial applications. Magna Series efficiency ranges include: 950 Series: 95%, 1000 Series: 99.97%,
