DuraPURE and OdorKleen Carbon Filters We offer a wide range of VOC and odor removal filters, including DuraPURE and OdorKleen Extended Surface Filters. DuraPURE (pictured) is composed of activated granular carbon enclosed in a high capacity V-shaped frame. DuraPURE is designed for control of VOC’s in heavy industrial applications such as airports and petrochemical plants. OdorKleen is a pleated filter constructed with carbon-impregnated synthetic media, and is useful in lighter-duty applications for the removal of food odors.

PURACELL V MINI-PLEAT SERIES The unique design of the Glasfloss Puracell V Mini-Pleat filter offers high efficiency particulate removal, extended service life and extremely low resistance to air flow. The combination of these key features offers higher performance and lower operating costs than traditional rigid cell and box style filters. The Puracell V Series is in box or header styles from medium to high ASHRAE efficiency ranges and in most common face dimensions.

Duo-Cube Filters
Three styles of the Duo-Cube are offered. Standard, Self-Seal, and 3 Ply. All three styles are constructed of high loft synthetic media. The Standard Duo-Cube is designed to fit the wire framework found in many cube applications without modification to existing hardware. The Self-Seal Duo-Cube is a wire-framed, self-gasketing product which requires no additional supporting devices. The 3 Ply Duo-Cube is constructed of three progressively dense layers of media to provide full depth loading resulting in high dust holding and long service life. 3 Ply Duo-Cube filters provide the highest performance characteristics of any selection from the Duo-Cube series.

Maxi-Grid We carry a full line of internally supported polyester panel filters, link panels, sleeve filters, and bulk sleeve rolls. These products are commonly used in applications such as paint spray booths, fan coil units and many types of HVAC systems where a high degree of cleanliness is required. High efficiency diffusion panels for industrial finishing systems are also available. Maxi-Grid filters are offered in one, two, or three ply construction and each style provides a self-sealing edge to prevent air bypass. |

Bulk Filter Media We offer many different types of filter media, including Polyester, Fiberglass, Foam, and Rubberized Latex. Depending on the media type, these products range in thickness from 1/4” to 4” and are commonly used in commercial and industrial air filter systems. All types are offered in pre-cut pads or bulk rolls.

Automatic Roll Filters Replacement Roll Filters for all existing roll filter equipment including: Automatic Rolls are available in three grades of glass fiber media and three grades of synthetic media. All six media styles consist of progressively dense fibers supported by an integral scrim backing.

Pad Holding Frames The Pad and Frame System offers an easy and cost-effective method of achieving proper air filtration. The Pad Frame, constructed of galvanized steel, is permanently placed in the filter bank, and only the low-cost media pad is changed. Pad Frames are available in many sizes and provide a versatile, economical, and long lasting filter system.

Z-LINE SERIES CARBOTRON PLEATED FILTERS The Z-Line Series Carbotron pleated filter combines MERV 7 particulate filtration and carbon odor removal in a single unit with low-pressure drop. The Carbotron pleat comes in a variety of sizes to directly replace existing filters with no modification to the system.

Multi-Pleat The Multi-Pleat is an extended surface pleated panel filter designed for use in commercial and industrial air filtration systems. An excellent upgrade from standard disposable filters, the Multi-Pleat is offered in two efficiency ranges (25-35%, 45-55%) and three capacity levels. Constructed with high loft media enclosed in a durable, moisture resistant beverage board frame, the Multi-Pleat provides high dust arrestance and long life at rated air flows up to 625 FPM. Multi-Pleat filters are also available in a wide range of styles for specialized applications, such as Side-Access and High Temperature systems.

Z-LINE MR-8 PLEATED FILTERS The Glasfloss MR-8 pleated filter achieves a MERV 8 rating per the ASHRAE 52.2 Test Method. The MR-8 pleat offers higher efficiency with virtually no change in static pressure and is an excellent upgrade from standard pleated filters and other less efficient panel filters. Available in most standard and special sizes in 1”, 2”, 4” and 6” depths. Standard size 4” and 6” filters incorporate media separators.

PURACELL II M & MH MINI-PLEAT SERIES The Glasfloss Puracell II M & MH Series is ideal for use in demanding applications where a high degree of efficiency and durability is required in a 4” min-pleat design. The filters feature heavy-duty metal frame construction in header or box styles. The Puracell II M & MH Series is available in most standard and special sizes in three efficiency ranges.

MS and MA Type MS Steel and Type MA Aluminum Filters are constructed with rugged components designed to offer excellent filtration performance HVAC systems, grease hoods, or any applications where a permanent, cleanable air filter is required. Both styles are available in a wide variety of sizes. A special spray adhesive is also offered to further enhance dust-holding properties of Type MS and Type MA Permanent filters. Maxi-Cell The Maxi-Cell is an extended surface, high efficiency cartridge filter designed for maximum performance in even the most extreme atmospheric conditions. Durable metal construction and dual-layered filter media make the Maxi-Cell an ideal product for applications such as gas turbines and other rotating machinery systems where pulsations and air turbulence are present. The Maxi-Cell is capable of operation in systems with air flow as high as 2500 CFM.

Multi-HEPA Multi-HEPA filters provide the nearly contaminant-free air required in many medical, pharmaceutical, and clean room applications. With DOP-tested efficiency ratings as high as 99.999% on .3 micron size particles the Multi-HEPA offers the highest level of air filtration available in our product line. To meet the many demanding requirements found in super-critical environments, Multi-HEPA filters are available with two capacity levels, Standard and High Capacity. Several choices of frame components and many standard and special sizes are also offered.

Multi-Cell The Multi-Cell is a high efficiency, extended surface air filter designed for use in HVAC systems of all types. Rigid compact construction makes the Multi-Cell a superior filter in variable-air-volume applications, or in any system where conditions require additional filter strength and reliability. Three efficiency ranges (55-65%, 80-85%, 90-95%), and several frame styles make the Multi-Cell an extremely versatile product, which is totally interchangeable with other filters of this type.

Multi-Flo Multi-Flo filters are extended surface rigid cartridges designed for use in systems with variable air volumes. The sturdy but lightweight galvanized steel construction of the Multi-Flo is totally unaffected by fan shutdown or any variations in the airflow. Two media styles, Series S synthetic and Series G microfiberglass are offered in four efficiency ranges (45%, 65%, 85%, 95%). Multi-Flo filters are available with standard fiberboard internal supports or with optional metal internal supports. A choice of no-header or single header models allows for easy installation without modification to existing framework.

Air Filter Housings Air Filter Housings are designed for easy installation into original equipment and retrofit filtration systems. Standard housings are constructed of 16-gauge steel, and can be manufactured to meet specifications in ASHRAE or HEPA applications.
